It was an absolutely great hotel in a downtown area, next to celebrating the New Year, business district, and several educational. Had a great stay in our fairly quiet room with a view of the awning. Central heating, a personal safe and pay TV worked well.

It was just a commendable fit for an overnight stop in Greenville with excellent value. The indoor pool was nice and warm, perfect for a late-night swim. Make sure to check out the dining options nearby for great local food.

The bed was very comfortable. The room service was awesome.
The refrigerator wasn't clean. There was leftover food in the refrigerator from the last guest. The desk and night stands were a little dusty. The view was okay, but not what I expected based on pictures on website.

Room was large and comfy, bar area very nice.
Booked online at locked in price. Arrived and price went up $29 for a b.s. "Destination fee" I was told at the desk my card would be credited back the difference. Not happened yet.

The complimentary water was a nice touch. Loved the extendable mirror in the bathroom.
The water temperature in the shower was not regulated very well. It would not stay at a consistent temperature.
